Refund policy

• Rental fees are non-refundable once a rental period has started.

• All toys must be returned on time and in good condition, allowing for normal wear.

• A refundable deposit is returned within 7–14 working days after inspection.

• Deductions may be made for missing items, excessive damage, or non-return.

• Late returns will incur additional charges.

💛 Normal wear is expected — we simply ask that toys are cared for and returned complete.
