Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required. We save your card securely at checkout — it is only ever charged if toys are not returned or are damaged beyond normal wear and tear. We will always contact you first.
How do I return the box?
We arrange collection from your doorstep on Wednesdays. Return is always free.
Can I choose what's in my box?
Boxes are curated by our team based on your child's age and stage. Subscription membership plans get priority reservation, so you can request for specific boxes before they are rented out.
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancel anytime before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again. Your current cycle continues until it ends — no sudden stops, no penalties.
Are the toys cleaned between rentals?
Every single piece is thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between families. We inspect each toy before repacking — anything that doesn't meet our standards is retired.
What age is ToyTurn for?
Our boxes are designed for children aged 16 months to 4 years. Each box is matched to your child's specific age and developmental stage at the time of order.
