What if my child damages a toy?

Normal wear and tear from playtime is expected, and no extra charge will apply for typical use.

If a toy is significantly damaged or lost, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible. We charge a replacement fee for heavily damaged toys that can no longer be used. The cost will depend on the value of the toy and how long it has been in rotation in the ToyTurn system.

How are the toys cleaned?

Every toy is carefully inspected for safety — no broken parts or sharp edges. We clean and sanitize all items with Airtumtec, a disinfectant that is FDA approved and safe for babies.

What if my child loves the toy?

What age range is this for?

It is for children age 16 months - 4 years old. Each theme box will also have the age range stated.
